Hi,

I propose to change the time we meet from Fridays to Thursdays at between
9:00 - 10:00 since I might have other commitments on Friday afternoons. Is
that okay with you?

Is so then so you this Thursday at 9:00. Come to my office (physics
department) and we'll find a suitable room to meet in.
